Welcome to our classes or workshops. Here you will find a
complete curriculum on technology entrepreneurship.
Of course, you can structure your sessions to suit your own
students and teaching style, but if you're looking for ideas,
here are some of our thoughts. You'll notice that the class
contains a set of questions, lectures, podcasts and other
materials. This can be achieved by asking students to answer some of the questions posed. Here is a
possible format:
Pre-class preparation:
- Assign research materials ahead of class. This can be as
simple as telling students to browse the materials in the
Knowledgebase linked to the class.
- Students study the class materials listed in the
Knowledgebase in their own time and prepare for class.
Class:
- Topic introduction by professor. 5-10 minutes.
- Professor leads a debate on a selection of the questions
posed. 20-40 minutes.
- Play a selection of answers from the Astecs
Knowledgebase. 10-30 minutes.
- Summarize what's been learned and assign the reading for
the next class. 5-10 minutes.
The objective of the interactive format is to stimulate
thinking and debate by engaging the students in a class
discussion. |
